Homes over 2,500 sq ft are subject to a square footage upcharge. There is a $25 travel fee for properties 25 miles and over. We service mostly all of the Central Florida area. We will not perform any cleaning or organizing. The home must be photo ready at the time of the shoot. $170 is the minimum shoot price, and this will apply to vacant land drone-only shoots. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made online 24 hours prior to avoid being charged a $50 fee. To cancel your shoot, please refer to your booking confirmation email which will contain a cancel/reschedule button. Payments must be made within 7 days after the shoot. Payments made after this period may incur late charges.

Homes over $1 million dollars will have custom pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time and are at the discretion of the photographer.
