Disclosure: Homes over 2,500 sq ft are subject to a square footage upcharge. A travel fee may apply depending on location: we are located in zip code 32771 and typically charge a travel fee for homes requiring an hour or more of travel (one way). You can text 352-409-5771 to inquire about your location. We will not perform any cleaning or organizing. The home must be photo ready at the time of the shoot. $190 is the minimum shoot price, with the exception of vacant land drone-only shoots, which are $170. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made online 24 hours prior to avoid being charged a $50 fee. To cancel/reschedule your shoot, please refer to your booking confirmation email which will contain a cancel/reschedule button. Payments must be made within 7 days after the shoot. Payments made after this period may incur late charges.

Homes over $1 million dollars will have custom pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time and are at the discretion of the photographer.
