PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

The Once Upon A Time and Photo Only packages have a $20 upcharge for homes over 2,500 sq ft. This is because the home takes longer to photograph and you will receive more photos in your package.

We will not do any major cleaning or organizing. The home must be photo ready at the time of the shoot. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to avoid being charged a fee.
